The Duncan Agency has allowed Michael to combine entrepreneurship with service, helping people protect what matters most while building a legacy of stability and trust.

With over 12 years of experience in account management for IT sales and consulting firms, Michael has a strong work ethic and commitment to client success. Leading the strategic oversight of large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, has provided complex project environments and fostered his ability to build trust and serve as a dedicated advisor. This has become a cornerstone of his success—skills he now brings to the insurance industry, where he continues to prioritize client relationships and tailored solutions.

Originally from North Carolina, Michael earned a Political Science degree from UNC Chapel Hill and remains a proud Tar Heel, even after relocating to Texas in 2023.

Outside of work he is a passionate sports fan—especially baseball—and has recently taken up golf. He also enjoys exploring the outdoors with his dog Asher, and is deeply involved in his community, volunteering with Christian organizations in the DFW area to support underprivileged youth and the homeless.
